We've updated our Pad Thai Policy

Like many companies, we’ve taken the new year as an opportunity to review and update some of our policies. Over the past week you’ve probably received numerous emails containing updates to policies you care nothing about. Honestly, we’d rather be putting food in your hands than policies in your inbox. However, we’ve made some updates that you should know about.

Pad Thai Policy

Effective as of January 1, 2020

1. Acceptable Utensil Use

ClusterTruck, Inc (“ClusterTruck”, “we”, “our” or “us”) reserves the right to send one (1) cutlery packet per Pad Thai. Each packet shall include a single fork, spoon, knife and napkin. We consider the fork the only acceptable utensil for Pad Thai; however we do not forbid use of the spoon. Although chopsticks are not part of our offering we do permit their use shall they be at your disposal.

2. Cilantro opt-out

You reserve the right to opt-out of cilantro at any time by clicking the checkbox. Your cilantro preference will not be shared with any third party.

3. Authenticity Claim

ClusterTruck Pad Thai (“Pad Thai”) makes no claims or guarantees to be “authentic.” It likely won’t bear a resemblance to the stuff you had in Bangkok last summer. Furthermore, we are not convinced “authentic” Pad Thai exists, but we are not claiming it doesn’t either.

CCPA

If you were expecting to read about how we handle the Privacy of California Consumers in this Act, you’d be wrong. We don’t even operate in CA. Our Curbside Courier Protection Act (“CCPA”) outlines why we ask you meet your courier at the curb. In short, we strive to protect them from parking meters, slow elevators and excited German Shepherds (good boy). This ensures they stay efficient and you get your food quickly.

Cookie Policy

Many customers ask us, “Do you use cookies?” You bet, and we bake them fresh daily in packs of three (3), or individually. Should you order ClusterTruck by yourself, but also add the three-pack of cookies, it is not our policy to disclose your cookie order to any third party, coworker, personal trainer, or judgemental spouse or partner without your express written consent.

Effective immediately we’re slashing prices on Pad Thai and Cookies. Offer valid through 1/10/2020 at 11:59 EST. Offer may be combined with other coupons or offers, we really don’t care. Group ordering encouraged, but not mandated. Offer not valid in Alaska or Hawaii.
